1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NexChain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

NexChain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.

2Eligibility

To use NexChain, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Not be a resident of a sanctioned country or territory.
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) where required by law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3Account Registration

You must register an account to access trading features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately at security@nexchain.io of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.

4Permitted Use

You may use NexChain only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape data or manipulate markets in violation of our API terms.
• Engage in wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any other form of market manipulation.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5Trading Rules & Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. By using the Platform, you acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• NexChain does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on your account.
• Market data and execution speeds may be subject to delays and technical failures.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6Fees & Payments

NexChain charges trading fees as detailed in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Current promotions, including zero-fee periods for new users, are subject to change. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology on the Platform are the property of NexChain Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission. API access is governed by a separate API License Agreement.

8Disclaimers & Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXCHAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except where prohibited by law.
